A need for change

When Founder & CEO Amber Peel conceived of READI Partners, she already controlled stakes in multi-family real estate projects worth millions of dollars. READI Partners was conceived as an entirely new new enterprise that could provide a platform for investment and development that would allow a private group of dynamic entrepreneurs to collaborate and pool resources on larger, more involved projects.

She very soon discovered that her work could provide greater value and deeper meaning to a very important community – the one she and her family grew up in. Shreveport is Louisiana’s 3rd most populous city, and a thriving trade and transportation hub for the entire region, but historically not all neighborhoods in Shreveport have shared equally in the benefits of this success.

The goal of READI Partners was changed from just investing in equitable assets, to finding a deeper purpose in real estate development and building a brand aligned with that in order to meet the needs of an entire community.

CEO Peel contacted Up n Up for help communicating READI’s new goals to her stakeholders, and to the community they intended to serve in order to develop more understanding and better opportunities for more meaningful partnerships.

Up n Up assigned a visual communications team and professional brand writer to READI’s account. The listened and heard that READI Partners wanted a brand with a strong and clear Afro-centric theme, to reflect and celebrate proud heritage of it’s founders as well as something that would resonate well with a majority of residents within their primary marketplace.

Up n Up’s development team quickly understood that communicating shared values of Family, Authenticity, and diversification of actual property ownership in the United States would be vital to helping READI Partners earn trust with both investors and end customers. The company’s brand identity had to communicate all of this, while staying friendly enough to inspire comfort at every touchpoint.

The board of READI Partners decided on a branding option, and a streamlined website and landing page was developed and deployed with contact features to connect both investors and residential tenants with the company’s operational staff.

Cutting edge CRM integrations help the company track their interactions and develop stronger more meaningful relationship in every direction, as well as automating email marketing campaigns and basic interactions.

Specialized, branded pitch decks, digital presentations and other media were developed in sync with the website and overall branding to provide a seamless experience for prospective investors.

The startup quickly began acquiring new properties and re-developing these to meet the needs of the served communities in and around Shreveport. Positive community response was almost immediate.
