Helping Leaders In Tech Connect and Educate

A need for change

When SmartGig Media took on the task of organizing the Enterprise 5G networking event, they knew it was going to be an exciting, rewarding process to organize an event of that importance. An event bringing together the heads of some of the world’s most influential tech companies as well as a host of independent professionals presented several unique challenges.

As a digital media and marketing organization themselves, SmartGig had plenty of resources in-house to manage and promote the project with top of class copy and content, as well as a brilliant marketing strategy and the reach to make an impact.

What SmartGig needed was a partner with a world-class web design team able to tie every element of the event together, and because of the importance of the project they knew that they needed the best.

Enter Up n Up, bringing to the table its nationally celebrated WordPress web development team.

Innovation empowers expertise

After holding discussions about the scope and goals of the project, SmartGig decided that Up n Up’s web experience team was best positioned to help them realize their goals. Up n Up had the depth of expertise needed to effectively apply the cutting edge web design and development software that would elevate Enterprise 5G event to the level appropriate for an event where thousands of the industry’s thought leaders and top professionals would be in attendance.

A partnership was formed, and the team assessed how to develop an experience that would meet the needs of the project.

Using the latest features of WordPress’s Gutenberg design engine augmented with the premium features of Elementor Pro and it’s family of extensions and add-ons, the new website was drafted in line with the project specifications. Plugins and forms were added, and programmers modified existing HTML  and CSS coding for optimal functionality.

A meaningful result

Up n Up’s developers went through several iterations until all of the project’s goals were met, but in the end very few revisions were needed and deployment and testing of the new web experience weren’t delayed at all by development of the site’s custom features.

By partnering with Up n Up to augment their own media team, SmartGig was able to design, develop and deploy the new website in record time.

Meeting the needs of the Enterprise 5G community was an effective demonstration of SmartGig’s event organization capabilities and savvy approach to complex media and web development projects.
